I want to say thank you to Anne. Back in February, my sweet uncle passed away on Long Island and I had the responsibility to make sure everything was taken care of. I was not prepared. Thankfully there was a “sign” from my Uncle to call Riverdale on the Hudson. After one phone call that morning within a really short period of time Anne had a professional staff member there on Long Island. She was so responsive and caring. Anne helped in so many ways. She is confident and caring. She made sure everything was perfect- thank you! And afterwards....when there was a delay in the death certificates.... without a pause.... she sent her staff member the very next day back out to Long Island to get the job done right. It is so nice to work with a company that follows through to make sure everything is completed properly. Riverdale on the Hudson is very professional and I had a very positive experience. Thank you Anne.

If ever a funeral service can be classified as perfect it has been my experience with riverdale on Hudson. Caring ,detail oriented,professional, and dependable.i have not the positive expressions in my lexicon to fully communicate the peace and relief of a very sad time.Jeff handled the service as if he was part of our family.it would impossible to ask for more.my dear sister marilyn looked as she did in her much younger years Such a thing to memorialize at a time like this is priceless. For my father's funeral, from the beginning until well after, they were wonderful. My brother, sister and I have never had to handle preparing for this situation before and it was quite overwhelming. They helped with planning, insurance, cemetery, where to go for good food, and even a few over zealous (crazy) relatives. Even afterward when we needed some additional cards, they were so accommodating. It's an awful thing to go through when you lose someone , and I don't think anyone could have done a better job. Thank you!!
