Do anyone check up on this center? I been going here for a few years to reapply. When I was asking for help at the computer section the woman who helps people out was disrespectful to a few of us. I asked 3 questions on questions I read because I want to make sure I'm answering it correctly and the lady told me I should know how to answer myself. She speaks to everyone as if they are kids. She have always had an attitude and never change it any of the years I've seen her. Seems like I have to go speak to someone more high about her because one day she will be disrespectful to someone who snaps easily then that department will wonder what the issue is.
I still have not received my EBT card and it’s been over a month. I was approved and have 400 in my account that I can not use because I don’t have a card and no one answers when I call! Messed up system just like unemployment

The lady who suppose to help people on the computer is very disrespectful. Everyone have said it. Shes been like that ever since she was put in that position years ago. She told a guy if hes coming from another state and reapplying on the website he will get a fine and he was asking what can he do he have to reapply she rudly said \well go ahead if you get a fine it's your problem\. She doesnt know what we are reading because clearly on one question it ask if you recieving from another state and if you click yes it ask more questions. So instead of her helping she rather be disrespectful. Someone needs to check her because one day someone will
