I visited the studio back in October, I had filler placed under my eyes. I was initially satisfied with the results, but by mid December it seemed as if the filler had disappeared. I wrote a review expressing my dissatisfaction and received a call from the office. I was asked to come in so that Vladimir could evaluate the situation. At first I didn't plan to go. I was apprehensive from the start about having the procedure and thought it would be a waste of my time. But I did go and it definitely was not a waste of time. Vladimir looked me over and explained that my situation required a little more filler than I initially requested. I was apprehensive so I really didn't want much. He explained and showed where the filler would need to be placed and why I would require an additional amount in order to achieve the longer lasting results I was seeking. He made sense! and his explanation/consultation sounded reasonable. I went back last Monday and had the procedure done again, but the way Vladimir suggested. I am pleased, he was right, this man knows what he is talking about, he knows his stuff. I will return, and I will have this procedure done again, the way Vladimir suggested. I'm glad I returned.

So grateful for Vlad! I came to him visibly upset. I had under eye filler by another injector and was left with lumps and puffy eyes. After 2 failed attempts by that injector to dissolve Vlad was able to dissolve the filler with 1 attempt. He listened to my concerns, was very reassuring and made me feel very comfortable. He was kind, patient, and extremely informative with explaining procedures. Thank you, Vlad and staff for your compassion and professionalism.

Over promises and under delivery. I was told that the treatment (laser hair removal) required 6 sessions but that it might take One or two extra sessions. I had the six sessions and after that they have me return again and again and yet the hair kept growing. After the sixth or seven session, the technician was changed without any explanation. I am very disappointed with the result. I wish I could recommend because the staff were very pleasant in the Bronx location. I am now looking for another place to complete the work.

The best!,I want go any other place.,,,Over the years I went to Park Avenue ,Upper Westside,etc..., you cannot get better service.
