This is my go-to place for name tags for our \Tropical Pets\ as well as a gift for a new pet parent. I purchase the plastic tags and they last forever! The info on the tag is clear and very easy to read! Service couldn't be better as most orders are received within 2 days! The only time I replace original tags is when I change the collar and leash. I may then order a new tag to complement the color scheme of the new \apparel\ ! And....they are on the Central Coast...just up the highway from me!

I went to the store to inquire about a kitten, at the time they didnt have any but the gentleman said if he could find a suitable cat for me he would help. In a short time he went thru the proper channels to find it. He had the perfect cat for me and my family. We have the best cat in the world. Our new family member. We are forever thankful.

Fantastic place and my new go-to. Lem was very cool and helped me get just what wanted. The fish and snail I got were super healthy, lively, and active. The owner also came in and was very friendly and welcoming. Prices are very fair. I'm only going to Tropical Pets from now on. One of the best in the Bx. Thx guys and ill back!
I'm giving this place a one star, for one main reason: NO MASKS. Customers didn't wear them, staff didn't wear them and the place is really small with narrow aisles (like a lot of independently owned pet food stores). Staff is helpful, and they sell good brands, but I won't go there any longer because of how irresponsible they are.
