My girlfriend and I recently started semi-private boxing lessons in order to shake up our workout routines. The price is extremely reasonable, considering that it's only us and our instructor, Rene. Private sessions can cost a pretty penny. Rene is very informative. We get a full workout during every session, including a warm up, workout and abs. Because it's semi-private, we have someone that is making sure our form and technique is correct. This is crazy important because you can really injure yourself if you're not throwing punches or kicking correctly. I find that at those popular I Love Kickboxing places, you only get a safe workout if you already have some knowledge about proper form, otherwise you can really injure yourself and the classes are so huge that there is no real opportunity to have one-on-one instruction/correction. Also, with private lessons, there's nowhere to hide. Your instructor really gets it all out of you and in the end, you feel as though you've accomplished something. I already had hand wraps and gloves because I've done kickboxing in the past. You can find those items for a fairly reasonable price and it's nice to have anyway, because you can do it at home also, to practice form and continue your workouts. Rene gave us plenty of suggestions of what we could do at home, to help continue the progress we've made. I'm happy my friend found this place.

Group instruction with a personal touch. All classes are taught by the Headmaster himself, who has 50 years of jujutsu experience. And it is affordable.
