Update: another 2mo have passed. Two people came. One took pictures and “measurements” the other one left a note saying “they will return when tenant is home to see where the leak is?”. Is pretty easy to see where the leak is, looking at the mud stained blinds, carpet and window trim might give the professional a hint! That was a month ago and literally nothing, we have been with this leak for 10mo now. We have been living at the Brooke for 3yrs. Recently they have definitely dropped the ball and the new company is no better than the last. We loved it here, until they stopped fixing our apartment. We have had the trim of the porch window broken for at least 5mo now. Reported it many times online and two times in person. Nothing. We have had a living room window leak for at least 8months, yes EIGHT! They have tried to fix it twice, nothing. We have reported it many many times online and some in person. Nothing, It is still leaking. As I am writing this our bedroom window is also leaking now, that will probably be another eight months to fix. Last week they said they were sending someone on Monday, it is Saturday and no one came. Meanwhile we are still washing dirty stained curtains for dirty water leaking inside, taping buckets to our windows and dealing with mold allergies and asthma! From all the mold that this water created around the window trim, and with roaches that easily come in through the porch window trim that is still not fixed. We have two children and it is so unhealthy to be living in these conditions with two small children! We really like the Leasing people and have never had a problem before but the companies that manage this apartment complex have not been keeping their word or what is established on our lease.

I remember what this place was like under the former management, it was incredible! Their team would always put the resident first, and jump over mountains to meet your needs! However… Under the new management this is been the worst living situation I’ve ever had. They make no rules that help the resident, they never seek to make life easier for the resident. They only care about themselves and never put the focus on the resident. If you were looking for a place to live that will keep you in mind and place you first, Don’t let it be this one! The Motel 6 might be a better recommendation

When I tell you that this is the best company with the best management that I’ve ever dealt with. I changed my move in date and they were very understanding about it. Brian AND Ciara are very easy to work with and are VERY VERY VERY understanding. I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars. Definitely recommend and I can’t wait to move in! I have moved in and I am on the third floor. The upstairs neighbors are pretty heavy walkers so it’s very very very loud. I have 30 days to change my mind and move and I will continue to see how the neighbors are and may take that route. I’m very sensitive to noise. If you move here I’d say be on the top top floor. Also, walk through your apartment before moving in. A lot of stuff wasn’t done at the time of move in and it delayed my move in by a week. There’s actually still things that aren’t done that should’ve been done before move in. I’ll continue to update if I decide to stay!
