Although we really enjoyed our 2 years here and especially Kimberly who manages the place, she took really good care of us, the management company itself, SPR Properties, ripped us off at move out. We left it spotless, cleaning until 1:30 AM the night before we left and they still charged us 160.00 cleaning fee. When I challenged it they said the only way they would waive it was if we had a receipt from a professional cleaning company! We are more than capable of doing a deep clean and did so but they wouldn’t budge. I even sent a bunch of pictures proving how clean the place was, did me no good

I am new to The Carillon, but the move in experience was easy and the property was clean and move-in ready. The team in the leasing office is friendly, helpful and professional.

Worst place ever. Just moved in to what they call a fully renovated apartment. One shower is completely clogged and the other shower does not even work. Floors are all uneven, paint on the windows, all the electrical trim is old and brown, black burn marks around the electrical sockets, water pressure is terrible, barely any hot water, Ect... The list goes on. It’s been over two weeks and management does not care. One bathroom is completely plumbed incorrectly and the shower literally does not work. Management has told me that the corporate office has not responded with a time and date to walk the property. Turns out the carillon point Apartments were bought out two years ago and it is far from luxury now. New management only cares about doing cheap rentals with the max rental rates! DO NOT RENT HERE!!
