If I could give negative stars I would. I came in to send 3 packages 1 of which was a duplicate that my husband had just shipped the week prior. He paid 6 to ship this package which was 3 sheets of paper, I was charged 15 for the same package. When I asked the guy why he said that the price of shipping changes, I needed this to go out immediately so I went ahead. I gave him my other 2 packages and told him I wanted them shipped the cheapest way with tracking. One was makeup and the other was a mens wedding band. All which came to a total of 30 and some change. I go out to my car to make some calls to give the tracking number to the recipients. Then I see the package with the wedding band doesn't have a tracking number. I go in and tell the guy. He tells me its going to be another 8. By this time I was so upset I just took the package and left. I went to the post office, I shipped that same package with tracking for 2. The guy at the post office told me that it had the wrong postage on it. And the return address was my name with the cartridge shoppe's address. Which leaves me to think all of my packages were done this way. Obviously they have no idea what they are doing here and are just trying to get over on someone. I mail several packages a week I will never take my business here ever again and I will tell everyone I know that ships about my experience here!!!!

I was rented the wrong equipment for my move. It cost me more than 1700 in damages. Pam admitted she had no idea that she had rented me the wrong equipment yet neither she nor U-Haul took any responsibility. It's negligent. We broke down at 2am on the Bluegrass Pkwy about 60 minutes from Frankfort. Her ignorance made a difficult move painful and scary.
