I called several times, they never answer the phone. I also text and emailed them to no avail! Living in Texas and needing balloons in Simpsonville, After three days I called another company, Bruce Unlimited, and they called me right back and I am thrilled with what they did.

I highly recommend the Charming Balloon and Elizabeth!!! She worked nonstop for four hours at our event at Lexington Kids Day. We can't wait to use her again!!! She is so creative, organized and nice to the children.

Elizabeth is such a talented balloon artist! I wanted to have some unique decorations for a ladies meeting at my church so asked Elizabeth to make some floral balloon centerpieces. She made a large vase of flowers for the main table and some bud vases with roses to put around the other tables. They were so pretty! I highly recommend her!
