I had the chance to celebrate my 22nd birthday at the Cheesecake Factory and let me tell you the waiter was so professional and kind. I think his name was Marlin or Marvin. I had a party of 8 and Marvin accommodated our needs and made sure each guest had everything they needed. Thanks so much for making my birthday dinner memorable.

The Cheesecake was very good. The shepherd's pie was a little too salty. Also had the steak Diane, very good. Loved the reduction sauce.

Not the first time we visit this location and we’ve always had good service but today was exceptional, thanks to Frank. He was always making sure we were ok or needed something else and in a great mood, you can tell he enjoys his job. Thank you Frank for the great service, keep it up. Also, they said the wait was 40 minutes and we only waited 18, another plus.

Our sever David was great. Honestly one of the best servers i’ve had super attentive, funny, and caring! The food was good just the chicken in the pasta was boiled... overall would come back just for our server.

A great and nancy decorated place to have a dinner, cake and some fun with friends and family. For a group of 6, we ordered 4 appetizers in the afternoon and asked for 2 cakes. It's really good and tasty.

First off, they do a good job with covid-19 precautions. It's every other table, they cleaned our table beforehand and all the staff had masks on. We were craving their bang bang chicken and shrimp but their new vegetarian Korean cauliflower tacos were suggested by our waiter and although we're meat lovers, we took a chance. They were great! The corn tortillas looked and tasted made in house (not 100% sure), the cauliflower was deep fried, almost felt like shrimp, and the sauce has a bit of a kick! Very tasty any light. The bang bang had a new addition of cooked apples which added a good texture into the mix. And yeah, overall a solid experience. If anything, the bread was late and our drinks weren't refilled but it was Friday night and sometimes it just happens. Overall, the people were kind and attentive, the food was tasty and not something we could cook ourselves, we enjoyed it and we'll come back again

Food was excellent and the cheese cake was even the better. I always get the red velvet cheesecake and it's always so good.

We arrived and the hostess never said good evening. When being seated we asked for a booth as there were several empty booths. The hostess argued with us insisting the booths were closed in that section. Five minutes after we were seated she seated people in the booths she insisted were not available. The food was quite good although it took a long time to be served. There was only one paper menu for the table. Strange that a place that charges 12 for a drink can't afford paper menus that cost 25 cents for everyone at the table. The manager did come by and apologize for the food being delayed and was very polite.
