If I could leave 0 stars I would. I ordered through GrubHub on 3/16/17 @ 11:45. Said my food was gonna be delivered around 12:45. Charged my account. OK Cool. 1:30 Rolls around no food, So I call, No answer, I call again, no answer. I wait until 2am and call one last time before I get in my truck to drive all the way out there to see whats up, there is a sign on the door that says new hours, Thursday-Saturday 3am. I have ordered from this place many times in the past and 9/10 they screw up the order. But I guess that they are the only place open past 12. Or So I thought. I wonder how the owner makes money with this business plan?

Ordered a vegetable pizza from the Cheesesteak Factory. It was supposed to have garlic spinach broccoli & tomatoes. It came with huge globs of ricotta cheese. I would say five handfuls of ricotta cheese thrown on top of an inch of chopped up broccoli and five sliced tomatoes thrown on top of the two inches of chopped broccoli. No red sauce at all! The description did not specify that there was no red sauce on it. And it was cold, so cold that the cheese was hard. It was about the most sickening pizza I've ever seen in my life. I couldn't even pick it up to eat it and I didn't want to try. It was disgusting. I Called and they didn't want to do anything about it. The man named Mike blamed Grub Hub's description of the pizza. Mike said, "No, we don't give out free food". I said just send me a plain red marinara sauce pizza and he wouldn't do it. Thank God Grub Hub reimbursed me they treated me with respect and validated my feelings. My dog won't eat this pizza. Honestly I only ordered here because it was the only place to order from because it's late. I will never order from them again. When a person orders pizza that's described as a vegetable pizza, one expects to get red sauce, unless otherwise stated that it is a "white" pizza. Nor did the pizza have garlic on it, like described; nor did it have spinach on it, like described; just globs of ricotta, inches of chopped broccoli on soggy, cold, white, pizza with thick, hard, cold mozzarella underneath the broccoli. Disgusting! Absolutely abominable, atrocious, unacceptable 20 pizza !!! So sorry I ordered from them.
Having been a Rutgers student, I was working in the area and was hubgry. Looked at the menu online and saw fat sandwiches and instantly knew I was trying one. Got one with jalapeno poppers and bacon on it which was an excellent addition. The layers were put in a way that the bottom was cold and the top was hot instead of all being hot. Not as good as a grease truck fat sandwich, but definitely a good south jersey alternative, with little twists of their own.
I worked here as a driver quite some time back. I worked there for 5 hours and that felt dreadfully long. First off, I did work that was unrelated to my job. It's not a driver's job to clean the floor or prepare the food. That is not what I agreed to. Then I found out at the end of the night that I made less than 4.50 an hour. I didn't even have the respect to call them and tell them I quit, because they don't deserve it. The owner's family were very rude from the beginning, they have no respect for their customers or their employees. I won't ever go back here again.
I am a senior at Rowan University and I get delivery from the Cheesesteak Factory all the time. They have the best Cheesesteak's and Fat sandwiches that I have ever had and my food is always delivered hot. I would strongly recommend ordering from this place! Oh and their prices are very reasonable.
We used to order from here all the time and loved it. I don't know what happened but they are terrible now. I ordered through grub hub and was told my order would be ready before 845. I got there at 850 and was told to wait five minutes which turned into ten minutes. When we got home the food was not even hot and the fries were under cooked. I will never go here again and wish I could give them zero stars.
If you want overpriced, greasy food made with a lack of effort or a care then please order from Cheesesteak factory. It's obvious the employee's don't care and the food is practically editable, if they get your order correct. Good luck.
Rarely do they stay open their entire advertised hours(not uncommon for them to close an hour or more earlier than advertised). It's also unfortunate that some of the employees(seems to be the older ones with more authority) don't know how to handle customer service issues and are quick to get an attitude with customers. All in all I would never ever go there if it wasn't for the fact that they are open later than most places.
