I received clothing as a gift for my daughter. The gift giver got sizes too small so I went into to hopefully exchange for just bigger sizes. Unfortunately they did not have them so I asked for a store credit to get other items. They said they could not even do that without a receipt!!! Never have I had this happen in a store. So now I'm stuck with several clothing items that are too small for my daughter to even wear. Very poor store policy and I certainly will request that clothing not be bought here

I went to exchange or get store credit for a pair of slim jeans that were a gift for my daughter that did not fit. I was told those were sold only online, not in-store and because of that I could only exchange for another pair of slims. Exchange an item for the same item, that is not sold in the store? How does that even make sense? So apparently someone bought these jeans online, returned them to the store and they placed jeans they don’t even sell in store with the regularly sold jeans. Sounds like a process that needs to be changed because apparently as it stands, it is the fault of the customer. Not exactly the type of “customer service” I would be proud of providing.

My husband and I are so disappointed! When we walked in the girl at the front counter didn’t say a word to us! And walked in the back. As we were looking around two other people walked in and another girl said “no way im not doing this tonight” it was about fifteen till they closed. The other two girls were just standing there on their phones! No one asked us if we needed anything at all. And we have no plans to return or recommend this place to anyone. 9/8/18

Had hardly any jeans in stock when I went and the store had trash all over the floors and all in changing rooms. Lebanon location is a lot nicer and cleaner.

Great store with lots of sales. They do not have a lot of dressing rooms so if your kids need to try on clothes be prepared to wait in line. Other than that we have no problems finding what we want in our daughter's size. The checkout line can get pretty long though.

Will not be back. Not very helpful. We were the only people in the store and store associates did not offer to help us because they were too busy talking. My son had to ask store associates if they could come to register so we could check out! I was also told pants that I purchased were on sale for 8.99. When checking out they charged me more than the price on sale rack. Please don't waste your time at this store.
