So welcoming and fun! I love coming here. It’s always the highlight of my week. Classes are intimate and the instructors are knowledgeable and kind and they keep things challenging and interesting. I’ve never enjoyed classes so much in my life. Thank you so much coho!

This is a great studio with many wonderful teachers. If you're advanced enough you might be able to take some classes with some pole celebrities! I'm not quite there yet, but I have enjoyed every single class I took here. What sets this studio apart from others is the classes. They have a wide variety of classes like stretch, ballet for pole, lyrical, contemporary, power pole, abs & ass, latin pole, tumbles & drops, sexy pole, and more. THere's a style for everyone! They also have plenty of open pole times if you want to practice, but you don't have a pole or space at home. Most classes run about 1h and 15m. There's 2 different studios for classes. One studio has 4 poles and the other has 6. I have never felt like I was lacking in pole time even when sharing a pole. Try it out!
