Very professional and very customer service oriented. Fixed two separate problems with the same unit at two separate times due to another company’s poor installation. We are very appreciative of the guys who came out especially today with our current weather. Appreciate the heads up texts and calls confirming the appointment and when the technician would arrive. They worked efficiently to assess and correct the problem. Will definitely give them my business in the future and highly recommend them to family and friends.

Colony Air was able to come out within 24 hours, during a major winter storm. Danny was friendly, efficient and most importantly got our heat back on. Inside was at 48 degrees and dropping. We were charged a reasonable rate and were so impressed we signed up for the company's annual servicing contract.
Colony AC staff and techs are always very professional, very helpful, very grounded & humble and with super service attitude! Matt today and all the techs previously for so many years of their service have been fantastic. The consistent culture of the company and employees’ attitude is so praiseworthy and exemplary. We've used Colony Air for 20 years. They've always provided the highest quality of service possible. Their techs are highly trained, knowledgeable & competent. They're prompt, honest & highly reliable. The Administrative people are AWESOME as well...always there to help. The last tech we had was Matt...he was EXCELLENT! Answered all our questions with honesty & courtesy. I'm convinced that there's nobody better for HVAC.
