This is the first yoga studio I stepped foot in, and I immediately felt comfortable and welcome! I've been going for almost 3 years and still love it. Tip: get the Uptown Yoga app so you can easily view schedules, sign up for classes, and purchase packages. Enjoy!

Here's what sets this yoga studio apart: THE INSTRUCTORS. Wow. I am never disappointed by how they facilitate their classes. When I lived in this area, I would come here all the time, and was never disappointed. I can definitely recommend this studio, and will definitely be trying out the other Uptown Yoga locations. FYI: They DO have mats you can borrow, and they do NOT charge you to use them. :) Bonus Tip: Coffee fans: Check out Cafe Mila next door. \u003c3
