Prices are high, but shelving is great build quality, and really like the modular and flexible design. However, the sales associate was extremely rude (could tell he wanted to get rid of me as soon as possible, rolled his eyes, sounded like it was an absolute pain to answer the clarification questions I had, etc) and got my cut order wrong. When the order was ready, I spoke with the cutter who did a great job at correcting the cut order.

Very conveniently located just off theI 405. Spacious free parking lot. Any container you may need for home, office, travel, closet, laundry, backyard, and more. It’s a bit expensive compared to other stores.
Abounding with containers for kitchen, bath and bedroom needs. Has many plastic containers and some wood. Would love to see more natural materials.
Container store indicates they do curbside delivery, however if you want an item that is in-stock, sitting on the shelf, the website indicates it will take three weeks, 21 days, for a store clerk to take it off the shelf and have it available. I'm sorry, that means you don't have curbside pickup. Not a safe alternative during a pandemic. Verified this with the online chat agent.
This is a great store for people who like to organize! They have so many different options and the store always willing to help and share ideas. You could color coordinate and organize your office and home and so much more. They do carry seasonal stuff as well.
This place is very bad for my wife and I. There is just too much stuff we NEED! Seriously, they can provide all the tools you need to organize. No better place. We have their products throughout our house and RV.
I love this place. Been here 3x’s in a week lol. Employees are welcoming atleast the ones I’ve interacted with, I love them
