What a fun store! A container for everyone, everything and anything! The closet organizing ideas are FANTASTIC! They had all kinds of different jars for different substances. Big ones, small ones, wide ones, tall ones! All kinds of different ways to organize your home and work in any color! Great parking. Great employees.

Love the layout of this store! Items are organized and placed in a more intuitive and organic manner. It makes me feel like I walked into a perfect version of my own home, making it easier to find what I need to organize my space. The manager is also fantastic, and they validate parking under 15 minutes! Recommend this spot over Park Meadows location just for the feel.

Its a mediocre store with a decent selection of containers. But was very disappointed in the customer service i Received today. In which it was none at all. Was completely ignored by staff on multiple occasions withing the 35 minutes i spent in the store. Given the fact that my wife and i were excited to shop here at this location and needed items from this store. But being ignored by the staff felt very much like we were being discriminated against which is unacceptable and made us feel very uncomfortable. So we decided not to make any purchases from this business and left. I would not recommend this store in the future due to the lack of customer service i received which was overwhelmingly absent at this location. Would recommend management hold employees to a higher standard and educate their employees on customer service.

Another understocked store that you have to pay for parking in Cherry Creek. Nice gadgets and novel storage containers. Better to shop Park Meadows Container store.

I love this store, since I like to organize. They have the best closet products, and almost everything you can think of to organize yourself! Very friendly staff as well.

Waited over two months for an order. During that time no one called me with a status. When I called on the date the order was supposed to be ready I was told that one of the items had had been discontinued. I exchanged it for another item and scheduled a pickup of the order. After picking up the order I found that one of the parts was bent. Will not purchase from them again!

Stopped by on a whim to see if we could use any products for our business and was blown away by how helpful the Container Store staff was. We were assisted by James who was phenomenal answering our questions, pulling products from the back, and advising us about what we would be able to order to the store that wasn't currently in stock. Thanks James! you deserve a raise!

Normally don't write reviews but am motivated by the poor customer service here. Placed an online order and was scheduled to pick it up over a week later at this Cheery Creek location. They give you an appointment time, I was about 30 minutes early and due to COVID they have people wait in a long line outside the store. The staff at the front door tells me I have to wait until the exact appointment time to see if my order is ready, she did not want to check and see if it was ready earlier or could be instead of me having to wait outside for 30 minutes. I am told that I should expect a text that it is ready by then. I waited outside (they could see me waiting outside the entire time, made no efforts), the appointment time comes and still no text. I had to go up myself and say something before they finally went to the back to check, then they come out to say one of the items is on back order (they called wrong number to apparently notify me of this earlier, which I would assume means that they worked on the order earlier and could have brought it out earlier), and then it took another 10 minutes to get my order. When the inside staff came outside, he was confrontational (I said nothing to him but he could tell from my face I was not happy) and said "What did I do to make you upset? I have been nice to you, and I expect that you should be nice to me too" as if he is trying to pick a fight with me. What store employee says things like that?? Overall poor customer service and very unpleasant experience. They handed me a gift card as if that would make up for it but I don't feel like going back to this site and would rather drive out. The Container Store itself is clean and has nice items for organization and packaging too, though a little expensive at times (the only reason for the 2 stars).
