Super pleased with my experience with this store. I had tried to pay online and pickup in the store. Online it said this location had 3 items, but I couldn't pick it up for a week (which made no sense to me). I called the store and got Sergio on the phone. He checked for me said the store had the item in stock and I could place the order over the phone and pick it up that day. Picking the item up was easy in store. There was an open cashier right in front (unfortunately I didn't get her name) and I waited no more than 10 minutes to have my item given to me. Every employee I ran into was pleasant and acknowledged me.

They have great things but everything is very expensive. They do have a lot of variety of items. They also have closet system as well with full installation. Over all you can find some good items there.
This store is very understaffed. I feel for the employees, who all appear to be overworked and overwhelmed. I've placed two orders for pickup (including Elfa materials for a closet that was designed by The Container Store staff). I waited over an hour for both pickups, despite the store calling me and asking me to delay my arrival for a few hours because they had too many pickups. I had Elfa items that were not in stock when I picked my order up. I've received numerous emails that let me know the items are back in stock, but the store has not called me to let me know I can pick them up. I've called Corporate, and they tell me to call the store. I've called and and called the store, but I can't get anyone on the phone.
Interesting array of home organization products; most are well made, but not inexpensive solutions
I didn't knew I could find so much beautiful things on this store!!! The place is very big, the quality of the products is quite good, so nothing very cheap because they are according to them...which is logical. The lady at the register was more than helpful and nice, a place to come over and over!!!
I like being able to see and test the items to make sure they meet my needs. The quality of items has always been good that I've purchased. This last visit was a bit of a disappointment unfortunately. Many of the shelves were empty of stock. The item we were looking for was shown in stock online with five on hand. But there were none on the shelves and staff told us that "when the numbers get that low, you can't trust them." So, best to call first before making a trip if you are looking for something specific as the inventory may be incorrect. I'll still go back but I may have to take some steps first depending on what I need.
The store was completely under stocked, with shelves and shelves empty, merchandise stacked on the ground obstructing the aisles (it could have easily fit on the many empty shelves), and the one employee who interacted with me stopped talking to me altogether once I declined to sign up for their savings card. But I got a lazy susan for my fridge, so that's nice.
Has more items (shelving) and curbside pickup was easy
