I can not contain myself when inside this store. I love to organize, and this is my zen quiet place. Employees are always kind, and are enthusiastic about my purchase

Employee Sarah felt the chonie mask was not appropriate. Appropriate face cover is her personal interpretation of what face covering is. It is not written any where entering the store that Chonies are not appropriate. The CDC order is that everyone needs to wear a face covering that covers the mouth and nose. Meanwhile I have been in the store for over an hour shopping had a cart full of stuff. I’m sure they are just going to put the items back on the shelf. I would also like to note the fact that she handed me a mask after she touched it with her not sanitize hands. I am following the CDC guidelines by wearing a mask.

A great place with convenient items. Everything is easy to find and there is friendly staff available to help. There is however, a price difference compared to ordering it online at other places. The container store is a little expensive. It is well organized and clean though.

When this store first opened they had great service. Now they don’t even know what service is. The lines are long to get anyone’s attention or to pay for your merchandise at the register. There are employees doing other task just looking at the long lines and not offering a bit of help. The closet organizer elfa sale is crazy and they don’t have enough staff to help you. They should make the sale longer so everyone has a chance to get in to plan their closets. I don’t enjoy going to the store anymore.

This is my favorite store EVER! All of my closets have been remodeled using the Elfa product, and I have it in some other custom spaces as well. Upping our organization game makes life easier on our busy family, and allows us to keep things neat and tidy because everything has its special home. Leave it to Container Store to always have the creative (and beautiful) solution to your better, more organized life!
