Extremely satisfied with the service. Justin was responsive and punctual and provided excellent service during the busy spring season. He walked me through the repair options on my home A/C unit and provided a very affordable solution at a fraction of the cost quoted by the big service providers. My experience with this company is excellent. Nick always explains what is going on with my equipment and what all my options are, in great detail. Some of the bigger companies in my area can be the worst out there, as far as price and customer service is concerned. I'm so grateful to have found this company.
Excellent customer service! I've worked with Justin on multiple occasions to help with our ice machines for our smoothie bars and he has been efficient, professional and very knowledgeable. We are very grateful we have him to call on when something goes wrong!
My 10 year old refrigerator was simply not refrigerating. I called the "Cool Guys" and Nick was terrific over the phone in trying to save me some money and telling me that it was probably not going to be worth fixing. Well, he went out of his way to stop at my house. I felt bad in that the danged thing started to work pretty much on its own. But he was certainly good about that and even took a peek at my wine cooler that has not worked for years, and gave that a tweak. Bottom line is that he inconvenienced himself for my benefit and did it all without asking for any payment. I look forward to seeing him again in spring to check out our air conditioning. A big shout out thank you.
Let me tell you about my experience with "The Cool Guys" Heating and Cooling company. on Friday June 17th I was contacted stating they will be at my house in 20 minutes to look at my AC unit because they are in Cudahay... I never made an appointment.. I told them i was at work and unable to be there and had no clue they were even coming today and I would like to reschedule. He stated that was fine and will call me later....NEVER heard a call back.... on Monday June 20th I gave them a call to set up an appointment after 3 PM anyday except tuesdays, he told me he was to busy and will call me later. NEVER heard a call back... Tuesday June 21st I called again asking to schedule an appointment after 3 PM any day except Tuesdays. He then started to tell me he is to busy and is working 12-15 hour days and I should probably go to someone else because he doesn't know when I would ever get scheduled. I said if that's what he wants that fine, I just need to ask our Landlord because they were the ones that suggested them. He then stated he will be there at 7 AM on Wednesday June 22......Never showed up....He then stated he will be there at 7 AM on Thursday June 23rd.....once again he never showed up...... He now contacts me on Tuesday June 28th and tries calling me 2 times.... I am at work and ignore the call.....I then receive this text below......Mind you I am 35 Weeks pregnant and have 5 children ages 5 and under at home..
