The Cosmopolitan Apartment's are 5 Star. It is a great place to live, key being the great staff. Key was Karen who is very professional, and helpful always going out of her way to solve a problem or help with any issue. The whole staff is a essential reason to live at the Cosmopolitan with how they support everyone living there. The COSMO is the best place in Town Centre Virginia Beach to live

I have lived at the Cosmopolitan Apartments for 4 years and I have to say that it has been a pleasure living there. The staff is wonderful especially Karen Brewer who I have given the 5 stars to. She has been there since I moved in and I can always count on her even for a good laugh. I would recommend the Cosmo and I always tell new co-workers moving here check out the Cosmo!!! Tell Karen I sent ya!!!!

My review of the Cosmo after living here for 2.5 years: I very much enjoyed living here. It is conveniently located between the beach and Downtown and very close to the highway. The apartment building recently completed renovations. I like the clean modern choices they made. The maintenance staff is professional and efficient. This complex is perfectly located between the military bases in the area and they take care of the military here. My favorite part about living here was the sales staff, especially Karen. She was the first person I made contact with when looking for a unit and has been very helpful whenever I had quetions or issues. If I could give this review a sixth star it would be because of her. I highly recommend renting at the Cosmopolitan.

I love it here at The Cosmo! I have lived here almost four years and have been very happy. The newly renovated apartments are beautiful, the building is well maintained, and the resident services staff members are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. (A special shout-out to Erin for being a fantastic Resident Manager!) If you're looking for luxury, comfort, and convenience, you'll find it all at The Cosmopolitan Apartments.

We filled out a maintenance request for our hot water heater not working consistently and Tony called and came out right away. He fixed it quickly and was so very professional. We are so thankful for him and his prompt attention to our problem. Cosmo is lucky to have Tony!!!!

We had several conversations with the leasing staff at the Cosmopolitan Apartments over the last few days and have always been treated professionally and in caring about us as the client. We looked at many options in Virginia Beach and found this location best fits our life style. The apartment complex appears to be well maintained and the renovations are exciting. We just got an email that the doorman position is eliminated followed by a list of things that are wrong in the building security wise & a phone number to call in case we have problems. I've called that number...it's for Guardus security and they either do not answer or take hours to show up. Thanks for getting rid of an amenity and a security feature we really need while increasing rents. We now have a "concierge" Monday- Friday 9 to 5 that is helping out in the office. That is not a concierge. I cannot wait for my lease to expire.
