Both me and my brother have lived at the Courtyards and we both have had overall great experiences. The maintenance team is great and is always fast to repair stuff if needed. The office staff is also very helpful. Specifically Bianca was great with helping me sign and take advantage of all of the great deals they offer. I am a pace student at UF, so I was worried about having to live off campus as a freshman but it worked out great because The Courtyards is a great friendly community. I highly recommend this apartment complex, especially for incoming pace students.

At first, the monthly rent for its location may seem like the deal of the century, however this is my experience. If it wasn’t the fridge breaking down & ruining my groceries then it was probably the shower not being able to drain constantly. The same could be said about the sinks as well. You have to pay to use the washer & dryer & the sad part is there’s a 50/50 percent chance your clothes didn’t cycle through correctly (hence having to pay to wash/dry again). The one good thing I can say is that the workers in the leasing office are nice people who try to help you out, but there’s so much they can do to help you live in a place that needs major remodeling. Spend your money elsewhere.
I've lived at The Courtyards for the past year and I've really enjoyed it! The price for the apartment at this location is so affordable. The Maintenance team and the staff are quick to respond to problems. The internet is also very good, which has been very nice with online classes. I highly recommend the Courtyard Apartments to anyone. Also, they did a raffle for 1000 and I won and two of my roommates!
As a P.A.C.E student I have absolutely loved living at Courtyards my freshman year. It is extremely convenient for my situation and the staff at the apartments are great, especially Jonnie. He is a great employee and has helped me out with the very few issues I have had extremely fast. Overall, highly recommend!
