We had a few issues with the service structure, their customer service lady, and the price. They destroyed our sump pipe during the install and told my wife her husband can fix it when he gets home. To their credit the service manager did come out, apologize, and tried to make it right after that incident. After that initial issue was smoothed over though, we failed to send them the meter readings (I was unaware I had to do that this time) and I felt like Nicole was very rude about it on the phone so I chatted with the service manager and said hey we made a mistake but there's no need for that. Again today we were subjected to the same attitude plus a \leakage\ fee (I lease the tank, if it's leaking then come fix it) and I just said to hell with it, the price is too high and the service structure is silly and they are rude when you point that out to them. I went with Schilling propane in Johnstown instead. Time will tell if they are a better overall service but the bar is pretty low and they check up on you every once in a while during their normal routes.

I think it is crazy having to pay 27 a month for a building that we never use. What a rip off. If they have 100,000 customers they get an extra free 2,700,00 a month. Why do they need to rip their customers off that much.

I pay nearly 500 a month in the summer! I try not to run the A/C too much and I keep it at 74. In Cbus with AEP my worst bill ever 375, ran it more at 72!

Website is not correct!! On the myenergycoop.com website it stated they do refrigerator pick ups for recycling along with 50 rebate to go along with that. Who wouldn’t turn that down right?? Well needless to say our new refrigerator came, I called in to energy cooperative and their website was wrong. So now I sit here with two refrigerators. Since it was posted clear as day on THEIR website they should honor it, because that not my fault they falsely had that on there.

Just got my first bill and it’s triple what I was paying for a house twice the size. Absolutely a joke
