Rich from their store in Bohemia was great! Very knowledgeable and wasn’t pushy. I am happy I went with the larger unit! Throws a TON of heat and VERY realistic fire! Norm in the warehouse had everything ready to go and worked with my contractors. All in all great experience!

Good people from start to finish. I am also enjoying a Massage Chair I purchased at the same time as the fireplace with their ZERO interest loan option.
