Excellent Experience!!! We dined in an igloo - what a great experience. The ambience / lighting is perfect. You'll feel like you're on vacation. All the igloos have heaters, so it was very comfortable on a chilly night. To start, the outdoor natural setting is beautiful, the music great, fire pit inviting, and the staff is super friendly! Our waiter was very attentive and the food was delicious!!! We started with a grilled antipasto vegetable appetizer and the beef short ribs as the main entree. Dessert was an excellent chocolate cake! Everything was delicious!!! - they also have a great variety of drinks.

The ultimate 4 season urban adventure. 8 climbing towers with 300 challenges, 2 miles of zip lines, mountain biking , skating , concerts, water activities, laser tag, and much more. There are also walking and hiking trails, tons of great food options. They have memberships along with online booking options but they are booked out months in advance at times. Great for all ages and abilities.

This place is absolutely amazing and unexpected in the area -- there is nothing like it around and the scale is hard to comprehend until you visit. Hopefully the word gets out and foot traffic increases as I would love to see this place succeed!

We went there to eat in a globe. Really different way to eat outside and stay warm. Food was really good. We had reservations. To get there you go on Talcott, then northeast to entrance. It’s not marked that well. Could use a larger sign. Don’t go right to forest preserve area, go left. You must go east at least a block or two to parking lots then walk over a bridge. The address shown was 1001 but that got us in town. We called here and the nice employee gave us better instructions.

First time here to eat in a waterside igloo. Such a great experience. The staff are so welcoming (waiter Johnny, chef Jeanine). The chef stopped by our igloo, she stayed outside the door. The food was awesome. Started with chicken & cauliflower kabobs w peanut sauce. Every dish that came, we were told if there were nuts or gluten. Then a thick yummy veg stew, and for entree, brats (regular for hubby, vegetarian brat for me). A healthy but lovely dessert capped it off, homemade ice cream on a bed of granola with warm raspberries. Oh yeah. That's right! It was a sunny day so the door was zippered open plus 2 windows open. Spectacular view, service, food. Now, since this is "out in nature" you'll want to wear boots because the path from car lot to restaurant is pretty wet. Not an issue in May, but today is Feb 27. Also, everyone was great about being safe with masks and touchless serving. Though our plates were disposable they were paper! Yay! No plastic plates or styrofoam (bad for Earth). A little pricey but soooo worth it! And there's outdoor seating too. They were setting up a table as we left and the staff explained. A heater goes in a pet cage placed under the table for toes. Faux bear rug blankets flank the chairs for you to wrap up. A pretty rock filled mini-pit in middle of table. So cool!

I really enjoyed the Forge! The aerial elements were very fun. It was nice to kayak and paddle boat on the quarry, which is very beautiful just beneath the water. We even tried out the biking trick path. I think it’ll be hype when they work in the single lane bike paths! My couple of suggestions and why I didn’t give five stars were for the following reasons: 1. It would be nice to have 3 lanes of difficulty on the climbing wall. For beginners, there were holds that weren’t very easy to grasp, which made traversing the wall pretty difficult! 2. It should be made clearer when certain aerial elements are only one way. 3. It would be nice for those who aren’t the most comfortable up so have to have some lower ropes course experience. Especially when folk have nice done this before. 4. There were no vegan or vegetarian friendly food options at the food station. Like a veggie hummus wrap or a PBJ would’ve been nice. Other than that though, we had a blast!

Was there in the end of October? Everything was great, but the weather was too cold for this kind of entertainment. So better to plan it in warm weather. Will definitely come back
