We purchased a seal for a Komatsu Forklift from this company. We didn't get around to actually putting the seal on for a few months. When we did it was very clear that the seal would not fit. We contacted customer services and after reviewing their own notes they determined that their supplier gave them the wrong part. Regardless of the error being their fault they refused to refund us any of the 200 we paid. All they could do was put the blame on their supplier and offer us a discount on the correct seal which also turned out to be incorrect and we got charged a 25% restock fee on that as well. Beware using this company. It's been a waste of my time, money, and patients dealing with them. And they are extremely rude and unprofessional if they get irritated because they messed up and don't want to make it right.
