This is an awesome training facility with a staff that is committed to helping you reach your fitness and training goals, whatever they may be. The coaches are primarily highly successful professional marital arts competitors with a lot of experience and knowledge to share!

The Foundation is a really great training center. Our kids attend the self defense class and are learning so much about MMA with really great, patient and dedicated coaches. Highly recommend bringing your whole family to this place!

I recently started training at The Foundation Training Center and I have been very pleased so far. I have a background in martial arts and the health and wellness industry so it was important for me to find a school with quality instructors and safe practices. I also wanted some external motivation to shake up my fitness routine. The instruction I've received has been quality and the instuctors have been very patient, kind, and attentive. I appreciate that I'm getting a great workout but with the focus on the martial arts techniques my mind is engaged and I'm not worried about how many calories I'm burning, I'm just having fun. There was no pressure to immediately sign restrictive contracts and the rates are reasonable. I feel I'm paying for quality instructors who are passionate about their work. As a woman, having a female coach (Coach Bri) has been lovely as well. Overall, I'm very happy with my experience! If you're looking for a great school, Justin and his team are wonderful!

Really awesome gym, great teachers, you can get real applicable self defense instruction and kids get to join for free until 2020. If you live in Littleton and you want to improve your martial arts skills visit Foundation, highly recommended.
