These folks are awesome. Moved in February due to unforeseen circumstances. Very professional.. Donna and Erica always go out of there way to be helpful. Very friendly and caring. If anything needs to be done it is ALWAYS taken care of within 24 hours or less. The new Manager, Claudia, is also extremely helpful. She is 100% better than the previous manager. I think i saw the former manager once. I see Claudia all the time. She is always out and about making sure things are done, the property is maintained etc... If you need a nice place that is ways kept clean, has lots of families and kids you should visit.

The community is great! Very quiet, friendly neighbors and seems safe. The leasing/rental office staff is very friendly and welcoming. The maintance staff is helpful and maintain the property well. Donna is very professional, patient and accommodating. She made the entire application process from the beginning to the end easy and simple. (viewing the apartment, signing the lease and move-in-date) It is conveniently located to many food establishments and grocery stores. I would recommend my family and friends to seek out reidence here. I can't thank them enough for making me feel at home.

I love my new apartment it fits me my mom and my sister perfectly and we just love it all though there is a gray truck that keeps going off and it annoys my family and a tiny dumpster in 2 parking spots and there is no parking and it all ways smells like cigarettes and weed and some people and too loud by stomping and yelling and the kitchen sink sprayer doesn't go back to stream and it stays on spray and to put it back on stream you have to use something sharp to go back on stream and my moms bathroom cabinets smell cuz of the neighbors under us

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!!! Donna and Erika were so incredibly helpful and kind to me. The community is beautiful, the rooms are very spacious and modern. Everything here is up to date and The Fred definitely takes pride in its community and has great upkeep of the area. I highly recommend this complex. Nothing but wonderful things to say about everyone who works here as well!

Five stars for the leasing process. I got a job offer in MD and have to move across the country next week. Donna and her team were able to complete the process quickly and get me an apartment. I'm beyond relieved and excited for the move. Thank you! They asked me to write a review, which I accept as common place and they're trying to fill the building. However, after reading many of the reviews, even going back 2 years, I can see some trends with issues that are not being addressed...and/or a lack of expectations being upheld. I certainly hope that I'm not moving into a complex that allows tenants to leave trash everywhere, junked cars in the lot and illegal drug use. Especially smoking and drinking in the stair cases - fire code violations aside, it's just unsightly. I believe that I am moving into a luxurious community, as described, and that the staff will be diligent in addressing these issues and others. :)
