Guy on the phone helped me solve my lock problem for free. He could have taken my money, but he knew it was something I could do and decided to help me out. Any company like that gets an A in my book for integrity. If I have another issue, I will look to them first.
Brandon was very helpful when I was asking questions about programming my new key fobs for my car. He was very flexible with my work schedule and worked his around mine to make sure it could get done as soon as possible. Upon arrival he was super nice and very personable. I will definitely use him in the future for any other key needs.
On the website it says it cost 45 to get keys out of car. They charged me 95 twice because the guy left the keys in the car after unlocking it and didnt even charge me what the website says. Plus If he messes up and Locks my keys in my car I shouldnt have to pay a second time. I feel ripped off and am expecting compensation after I go confront the company If not to court I go. 190!!! Just to unlock my car which isnt the price you say you do on your website. I will be talking to you today sir.
