Could only wear them 13 minutes, was back to return and they were understaffed, had to wait. Still waiting! ---\u003e update: I raised it from 1 star to 2 because I was able to receive a full refund. Consider this before shopping here, however. 1. They are unable to answer questions about feet structure/anatomy. It would have been far more reassuring if they knew more about the actual human foot than the polymer product going into my shoe. 2. The arch supports "tend to slide" and their solution is adhesive Velcro. I've researched and a lot of individuals have said that the arch supports move around inside the shoe, which creates an inefficient product. 2. They took imprints of my feet and said "this is where your weight is being distributed" but didn't offer an explanation on why, or what proper distribution should look like. Felt confusing. 3. As I made my return, I did ask, how many people does this happen to, and was told it was just me. I feel like that cant be true, but, maybe. Final summary: Do your research guys, talk to a podiatrist, a physical therapist, someone who KNOWS FEET. The store "the good feet store" should be called "the good arch support store" because if they had known more about WHY "it didnt work for me" then maybe we could have problem solved a solution. But, I did get my money back. I just wish I knew why they didnt work for me, and yes, I know "there is an adjustment period" but I could not even wear them for 15 full minutes without a lot of pain that lasted. Something was definitely wrong.

Scam. Better Business Bureau reviews are terrible. Just go see a podiatrist and use insurance for custom insoles.
