I was expecting to leave with new shoes that helped my feet but they don’t specialize in shoes; they specialize in selling insoles they made. The insoles felt great and helped my foot pain when I tested them out but they gave me the price at the end and it was 2,000! Waaayyyy our of budget and they kept trying to get me to finance even thought I said no. I learned a lot of what type of shoe and insoles I need and what was causing my pain, and I’m sure their insoles are great but the website doesn’t mention anything about prices or products and I had sticker shock! Their cheapest insole was 275.

Though the Good Foot Store sounds good, it isn't. It's just a way for the Good Foot Store to lie to their customers and take their money. They have you go into big debt and believe this product will help you and your planter's foot will get better. It's a lie. This product has led me to have surgery and even in more pain than before. Please do a a lot of research before you go into debt with this company. They do not give any refunds. Thank you, Melissa Gustafson

I'm a Good Feet customer and came in for my yearly check-up. Jacob Snow took an assessment of my progress and determined it was time for me to replace my old set of insoles a with a new pair. They feel great I look forward to using them daily! Bill - Austin, TX

Try everything else before going here. Second trip trying to find correct fit. Charged over 700 the first visit. Did not fit properly. Went back to exchange and charged additionally for exchange guarantee. Still can't wear them or the houseshoes purchased. Wanted to exchange for different size or return but receipt says All Sales Final. This place is a scam. Wasted almost a 1000 and no relief.

Appreciate her checking how much life was left in my maintainer orthotic. I told her my heels were a bit sore and then she put some cushions in the heel of my boots. This was all right before my hiking vacation in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina. My feet felt great through the whole vacation. I think the sales lady that helped me was Bonnie.
