Sarah was my helper in the Spokane Valley store. Super helpful and fun to work with. She kept presenting different arch supports until we found the one that felt right. I've been consistently wearing them for 3 weeks now. I never have foot cramps anymore and..less foot pain on my daily walks. Need to be patient with the process.

Just got my replacements and was waited on by TJ the assistant manager who was quick & efficient. I had the 3 year maintenance which saved me a bundle. I am so glad I got the package over a year ago. I no longer shuffle my feet and my sciatica has improved on both sides. Totally worth the price paid to be walking on sunshine!

This process with Sydney so far has been amazing and so exciting!!! Sydney has worked with me diligently since I started 2 weeks ago. She's making sure I have the right fit and understand when and where to wear my inserts. Not feeling pain is amazing. Looking forward to the future and what I'll be able to do this year.

The first day I didn’t know what to expect. I was given a novice. I truthfully did not feel taken care of. I was given no choice to a shoe; didn’t understand much about anything. All I knew was it was to me, expensive. Tried for a week to wear the shoes I didn’t like. I returned to a gal named Shirley - great! But still didn’t understand the procedure, but I was given a shoe I liked, information I understood, but more money. I felt the first 700 should have been returned, wasn’t. But since I was given the understandable info from Shirley - all is going well. I’m walking better than I’ve ever walked and I’m 83 years old. Thank you for good feet.

Great product, no doubt about it. I’m moving on my feet 10 hours a day getting over 20,000 steps per day. No more pain AT ALL. What kills me though is the price. 1,200 for three pairs of plastic supports \u200d️. I only got two pair, because I don’t think the third one is worth another 400.

Absolutely wonderful customer service. TJ was thorough in explaining the products and really showed me the value of each insert. The experience was definitely tailored for my needs and it was great not being rushed or pressured. Unfortunately what I was intending to buy was too far out of my price range, but TJ still helped set me up with something more in my budget. I will be back for the upgrades in the future!
