The installation was done promptly and very professionally. They explained to us how everything worked and what we needed to keep an eye out for, the techs were very knowledgeable. Dennis is very friendly and honest without being pushy. He informed us of the options and we had an easy time deciding the system we chose. Our dogs fee softer and the water is not abrasive like it was when in its natural state with the mineral content being higher. If you want great service and want softer water call Dennis. I never paid attention to what good water should feel and taste like because i thought it was the same ! Until I finally got to experience it. I have a water system in my house along with a reverse osmosis system for drinking water. The showers are more amazing, I'm using less products, my skin is softer, my hair is healthier and I don't need to moisturize because the water leaves my skin soft. I don't need to buy water bottles anymore because I have clean water coming right out of my faucet, it's such a money saver. Love love love CLEAN AND GOOD WATER ! Thank you so much!!

This company should call themselves the Great Water Guy's. Dennis is very knowledgeable about water. He is in love with what he does and it shows. Any time I'd call or text, he would respond as soon as he could. Which was very fast to my surprise. As far as the system, I cannot say enough. When talking to Dennis, I understood I would get great water eventually. I didn't expect it to be immediate. You can feel the difference pretty much instantaneously. I was amazed. And the reverse osmosis unit is phenomenal. The water from that is simply amazing. I can honestly say it tastes better than store branded filtered water bottles, and some known names. It really reminds me of my favorite bottled water, which I stopped purchasing because of costs. This was the best decision I could've made. Thank you Good Water Guy. I highly recommend you to anyone willing to listen.

Purifying the water coming into our home kitchen and showers was a life changer on so many levels. Then we bought a system for our Jacuzzi. That was so nice to get into the hot jacuzzi and not smell the chemicals and have it dry your skin! Then just last week we switched our pool to a no chlorine system and WOW!!! What a difference!
