Most recently I didn’t receive my Grand Rapids Press on Christmas Eve was told with the computer robot that I was going to get the paper brought right back out , which is silly because I didn’t get it brought right back out , then on New Year’s Eve I didn’t get my paper either , called the press and you said you will bring it right out , never happened very disappointing with your customer service or lack of customer service ! I’ve been a loyal customer for many years and this is the way I get treated !

We didn't receive a paper. Called 2x it was a tues or thurs paper. We finally got it 4 days later it was actually stuffed in our mailbox This is a federal offense it was not delivered by a postal carrier.

For the second time in a month I didn't receive my Sunday paper! I didn't call the 1st time but just got off phone from customer service and because I didn't call before 10, I was told I couldn't get a paper until next Sunday! WTF! I will be a former customer after I get my last 8 issues!

I've been a subscriber to the press for 20 plus years and have finally had enough. They are constantly trying to raise my bill and I'm sick of it. The customer service is also terrible. I called the last billing cycle and complained about my dramatic rate increase. The customer service lady assured me that my bill would be set back to what I was currently paying for the next year. Well low and behold, I just got my next bill and they increased it back to the amount I just complained about. I'm shouldn't have to call again do I'm done with the press.
