Customer service was unparalleled. Living in New Jersey, I’d no idea my purchase of a Taylor acoustic was made only hours before the mid-February snow storm had hit Texas. Guitar Sanctuary was on the support chat line with me the following day with some education around my purchase as well as some insight and updates regarding delivery from their TX location to my area. Their support remained available in the following days as I had some remaining questions in regards to the product. Can’t say enough good things about GS. And I should note, the model of Taylor acoustic I’d ordered was seemingly unavailable in the rest of America! Outside of EBay selling various used models, none of the other big chains had one in stock. Cheers GS!

I saw other low reviews that seemed to attribute the nasty attitude of the salesperson to the buyer's lack of experience or something similar. It's not that. I am a player with 30 years of experience and i found the guy working there to be very pretentious/snobby. He did try to offer free advice but it was worth exactly what was paid for it... nothing. Would stay away unless you like that type of personality.

If you have a discreet ear for sound and have a need to build a home studio this is the perfect place. Amps that are a work of art regardless of your sense of style. Guitars that you have dreamed of. All of this with a staff that knows more about musical items than anyone I’ve met in quite a while.
