Living at the Haven has been a great experience. Not only are the houses brand new and so nice but there are so many great amenities like the gym, pool, and study rooms. On top of all of that the community here is great and I have met so many friends!

I absolutely love living here here!! The environment is always very fun and friendly. The amenities here are amazing (especially the 24/7 study rooms and gym). 10/10 would recommend living here with your friends!!
Absolutely great community to live in. I haven’t had any problems here and everyone that lives here is wonderful. The amenities here are awesome, it even has a dog park to let our dog get some energy out. 10/10 would recommend!
The Haven of Athens is a great neighborhood to live in! Austin is amazing, the facilities are great, and the community is kept clean. The houses are beautiful and there are different plans to choose from. The location is also convenient. I highly recommend the Haven!!
I really enjoy the pool with the volleyball net. I also love the 24/7 club house with the gym and work center for studying and other school related activities. The house is spacious and all of the appliances are new and work great.
I live here at the Haven and I absolutely love it. The cottages are perfect for me, they have great size rooms, bathrooms, and a kitchen! The pool is my favorite part about the Haven, especially the volleyball net in the pool. Everyone is so nice here, it really makes me feel at home!
I love living at the Haven. We have a really nice community here and it’s full of people that will lookout for you. Management is also great all the time addressing any issues there is.
The Haven is definitely the best place I have lived in Athens. The staff is super helpful and easy to contact, and the neighborhood itself is beautiful! The amenities are a huge plus, and it has been so easy to meet new people which has really made this community feel like home to me!
