Dr Mary Margaret and Erin the receptionist are professional and friendly. My hearing needs are a bit unusual but Dr Mary Margaret listened and understood so well and with compassion too. Her educating me further on my hearing loss and effects in areas of my social and cognitive functions is very empowering for me. Erin’s greeting when I enter The Hearing Connection is inviting and engaging. With her friendly nature and efficiency in making and following up on my appointments I am out at ease. I am most fortunate to be a client here.

Dr. Griffin put me through a series of tests which helped her decide if I needed hearing aids. She took her time when fitting me with hearing aids.
