New & modern co-working space with plenty of free parking. Very comfortable and spacious. The glassed in conference room is impressive, one you would find in a Fortune 500 company. A large co-working community is also available w/ a couple of large new refrigerators and kitchen area. Parking has been problematic at past places and since it’s easy in / easy out at the Hive, your frustration level will drop considerably, which is a better way to start the day and be more productive.

The architecture and layout make this a unique work space! There is plenty of room to work collaboratively and hold meetings. The people you meet are friendly, there is a great kitchen space, and comes equipped with the technology needed to host meet ups and other events. A great working environment!

The Hive is a neat co-working and virtual office space in Lancaster PA. Its conveniently located off of route 30, and also convenient to the City. The meeting space has a cool urban / industrial feel, with smaller meeting rooms also available for use by tenants. Also the podcast room is a great feature.
