Great communication and professionalism. From start to finish-it was a seamless experience. We are pleased with our hot tub and feel it was the right investment. I love that they took care of everything, even delivering to the exact place we wanted it in the back yard. It is a peace of mind too that we have a good warranty and that the store stands behind their product. I highly recommend shopping for your spa at The Hot Tub Store-you get what you pay for.

We worked with Christian at the Hot Tub Store in Folsom. He was very informative and not pushy. The products and we settled on the Hot Spring Jetsetter LX for my wife and myself. I'll update the review once we get it delivered, installed, and are enjoying it in our backyard.

This is the Envoy, the top-of-the-line salt water spa that we will get someday for our backyard. Bridget at The Hot Tub Store in Folsom has been wonderful answering my numerous questions via email and then giving me a private tour before normal store hours. (Even during business hours, only 2 patrons are allowed in the store at a time.) Although we just aren't able to order our spa yet, when the time is right, this beautiful spa will be in our backyard paradise, and I will only buy it from Bridget at The Hot Tub Store in Folsom!
