The folks at The Hub, Jackson are spot on every time I swing through. Customer service and staff knowledge is unprecedented. I've been interested in an ebike for a long time, but I had absolutely no idea where to start. Let me tell you,,,, These guys killed it. Check out the pictures below of my super-dialed Felt outfitter complete with vee studded snow tires. I've already trekked up and over Rawlins Pass CO and I can't wait to get in the Wind River backcountry. Thank you so much to the knowledgeable staff at The Hub for building this bad boy. I'll be coming back (im sure)to have it dialed in when I break it. And BTW, my Son loves romping with me on the Yepp! Cheers Chris

Dropped in The Hub last week after officiating a wedding (all decked out in my western wedding garb), to see if anyone could tell me about a bike I was interested in but can't find anywhere. I was lucky enough to connect with Hal (the owner) right off the bat and I can't say enough good things about him and his shop. I was excited to see that they carried Transition (out of Bellingham, WA), which brought me in the doors, and while they didn't have the specific bike I was looking for (nobody does so that's not a slight on the shop, that's just the results of COVID sales and the underground buzz surrounding this certain xc/trail--dare I say, 'downcountry' bike), Hal didn't just know the bike, it's his personal ride. For the next forty minutes Hal was generous enough to walk me through all the details of the bike and my plans for a semi-custom build. Hal just so happened to have his in back and let me jump on it--cowboy boots, vest, dress shirt, tie and all--and take it for a spin to the nearest singletrack. Within days of my visit to The Hub, I received two emails from Hal, offering support, but no pressure. He clearly just wants to get people on the right bike and in the woods. He believes in his crew and the products he carries. If you're looking for a bike shop with a positive energy, knowledgable staff, and friendly vibes (Keri is terrific), give The Hub a look.
