We work closely with Denise, who is extremely patient with our many, varied, and sometimes incredibly complex requests. In addition, no matter who answers the phones or helps us when Denise us unavailable, they are always friendly and efficient. No matter what we ask for, the answer is always, \We'll get it done.\ And they do, quickly! Congratulations on such an impressive staff; we look forward to working with you all for many years to come.

This organization has been a pleasure to work with. They have been working with our company for over two years and perform flawlessly whenever we need them. If you want a company to help you with your HR or payroll needs and not just be a number like with the big guys, you should reach out to The Human Resource Group. We struggled for years trying to do payroll in-house which was a drain on our time and resources. Having the HR group handle it has been one of the best decisions we have made.

HRCG has been a long time friend and in-kind service donor of my org, Gifts of Love. They have been a joy to work with and so generous towards our cause.

They do nothing to support the employees of the company that they are representing they are taking money out of my paycheck every week that wasn’t approved by me

This company is the absolute worst for this field. The website (if you can ever find it) to view your employee info is horrendous and inaccurate to say the least. Even the employer says don't trust it. The password required is ridiculous. Make so many mistakes regarding deductions, time off, even regular pay. You are never sure who to talk to there. The names and positions seem to change frequently. Their go to response is \I'll look into that.\ and \I'll get back to you on that.\ They're not interested in helping the employees, just the employer. The only pro I can think of is, you'll always have someone to talk to, because each issue never seems to end, and if it does, another pops up. If you're employer signs up with them, I wish you luck.
