One website link says \walk ins welcome\ and \appointments encouraged.\ Another website link for the same store says \business hours (by appointment only).\ I just was there and they said no appointments required on weekdays but appointment only on Saturday. On a paper. On the door. They've lost my business. I'm going to a place 8 minutes down the road that thought I was nuts when I called to ask if they are appointment only.

Love the team at the Inspired Bath! We totally gutted and renovated two bathrooms at the same time, and needed a LOT of parts. The whole team from the sales crew to the drivers were incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. They helped pick out fixtures that function well AND look beautiful. Delivery was smooth and seamless - they even came in a snowstorm! Can’t recommend them enough!!
