Really awesome people/company. I called to ask a bout a part and was advised this part rarely if ever fails and gave me a step by step on what I should look for and do to perform a basic repair on my seadoo. I would absolutely bring my ski here for repairs I can’t tackle on my own l they are very knowledgeable and friendly!

Best jet tech on the peninsula!
I took my ski to the place because it shut off on me while riding, I was told that it was because of exhaust overheating, not a big deal. I then have him do an oil change and spark plug change just for routine maintenance. Even though my ski shut off and went into “limp home mode” it was still working fine after I let it cool off for a moment but I still took it to this repair shop just to make sure. 400 later I take it directly from the shop to the water to test it out and before I could get 3 minutes from the dock and not even over 12mph it shuts off again. I call the shop to let him know that I’m stuck in the middle of the bay and my ski shut off what should I do. He tells me that he doesn’t know and can’t help. I say that my ski was working fine before I don’t know what’s going on. He takes offense to me saying that and tells me to not bring the ski back and hangs up on me in the middle of the ocean instead of offering possible tips to help, mind you I just spent 400 on routine maintenance with this guy 30 minutes prior. He has very poor customer service and over the top expensive and he doesn’t even do good work. Now I’m taking my ski somewhere else because this guys service sucks. If you have a ski DO NOT take it here, he is not worth the money and more than likely your ski will leave this place in worse shape than when it came in JET SKI REPAIR SHOP SUCKS! He will take advantage of you then not allow you to return if you question or dispute his maintenance.
