Customer service is not a priority with this guy. Placed an online order and promptly paid. No communication from seller at all, no order confirmation or receipt. Waited a week and inquired via email and was given a check your spam response. Another week and still nothing so I email again and was told I was a bad customer for wanting to know the status of my order that was paid for 2 weeks ago. Yes I realize times are different now, but a simple order confirmation would be nice. I should have read some reviews first, because it seems I’m not the only bad customer. Thanks for the reply back however I ONLY WANTED A CONFIRMATION OR A RECEIPT!! So UMM?

Placed an order and was originally told that they were working on a 2-4 week delay. A subsequent email was sent and the response stated that they should be able to ship the next day. While I understand that COVID has thrown a wrench in the works for a lot of small businesses, taking peoples money and not providing the services requested are just bad business practices. It appears that the owner has time to respond to everyone’s complaints yet has no time to ship the products honest people are purchasing. - trying to support them. Should I not receive my product soon (as promised), I will take the advice of my girlfriend who is an attorney and report the company to the Better Business Bureau and my state’ Attorney General. Money should not be taken until product is shipped. Basic contractual law.... Pretty poor response from a business owner and yet, you wonder why you have constant poor reviews and are on here trying to validate your bad business practices. Cancel my order, refund my money and don’t have things for sale on your website if you can’t get them. A simple “out of stock” should suffice....Amazon has plenty for sale yet nothing that they can’t get to you in a timely manner. That’s how businesses become successful. I’ll go pop my meds now.
