The little clinic is a great concept and I have used them before. Unfortunately I cannot recommend them as they cannot staff the facility. I have had (2) two appointments cancelled in (2) two days because they can't get anyone to com in to work. When asked about rescheduling I was told that there was no guarantee that they would have staffing available when my appointment was rescheduled for. Love the concept, but it should be closed if they can't at least get someone to come to work...

I went in for a covid test on Tuesday. My results were supposed to be posted online via there app on Friday. When my results weren't posted I attempted calling the clinic for hours with no response. I finally had to go to the clinic in person (against my better judgement as I had been experiencing covid symptoms) only to find that no one had come to work at all that day. I was informed by pharmacy staff that not only had no one showed up for work but no one had called in and they could not contact the Little Clinic's coordinator. If this is how shoddy their organization is suring a public health crisis I would hate to see how they handle the health of people who visit this clinic regularly.

Made 2 apps for a covid test on Friday Oct 23rd. Go up there. Call number it rings off the wall. Then find out they are closed today and tomorrow. Very disappointed. The least they could do is notify the people who made apps for testing. So they could make other arrangements.

Needed form for work that would not require an exam.No one at front desk. Spent time registering to have the employee walk out 2 seconds later and say they are not taking walk ins. Would not even look at form to see if it was something they are allowed to do.
