Great portions, plenty of interesting takes on breakfast omelettes, fresh out of the oven biscuits and muffins, endless diner style coffee, nice location with outdoor seating, and extremely friendly wait staff! Couldn't ask for a better experience. I definitely will be back!

I would describe the Local Yolk as diner food with a bit of a Hispanic twist. The omelet was good, and I enjoyed the biscuit. I would have liked to see more unique things on the menu
Great veggie omelettes with hash brownies and fruits! Low key atmosphere. Slow but friendly service.
Small little joint on highland with good food and great staff. The menu is well rounded with some traditional American and Mexican dishes(good tasting coffee too!).Good portion of food at a fair price. The staff are attentive to the customers so that was plus. Only bad thing I can say about this place is the location. Very little parking and the streets are super tiny. This establishment accepts credit/debit. Definitely planning on coming again.
Homely breakfast place on Highlands CA. Fresh food served in a traditional breakfast cafe. A combination of diner and cafe atmosphere. Prices are in keeping with the area.
