These quail eggs were the best eggs I have ever eaten. The whites weren't overwhelming or strong in taste compared to many types of eggs I've tasted which is a huge plus for me as I hate the taste of whites. The yolk was small but creamy and had a "green" or earthy finish that I have never before tasted. These eggs made me wish I could raise my own quails. The eggs maybe small but more than make up for it in flavor. Once I get more money, I will totally buy more.
