Everytime I need to send anything through the ups I come here. The staff are always extremely helpful and a pleasure to speak with. Just taking a moment and walking around the store you will immediately see the kind of humor and personality the store.
This place is AMAZING! They are very knowledgeable and pleasant. They save me money every year on shipping presents, as they look to find the best value for your shipping needs. I would hate to go any where else.
I have been meaning to write this review for months! The owners, Brandon and Brittany are amazing! We needed to have several boxes of family heirlooms, mostly sentimental in value, packed and shipped to us from Tacoma to California. Each item arrived safely and were packed lovingly with careful attention by the owners. Great communication throughout the process and we are so grateful to have found The Mail Room. You can trust this place to give you great service and value!
I love the family that runs this mail office, they're always friendly and make everything so easy. The prices are great for a p.o. box and they offer a variety of services. I'll take this local business over any other post office.
It seems like a good place for many shipping services, little to no wait time, and good customer service. 4/5 stars With that said: Shipping items here cost quite a bit more than USPS and its states in the receipt they to not cover damaged items even if insured. 2/5 stars I don't recommend shipping valuables here. 1/5 stars Employee Brandon also stated he would cut me a check if my item was damaged even though the receipt states they will not cover damages, and there was no insurance confirmation. I asked for a refund, which I was issued without issue. 5/5 stars This seems to be the place to go to ship mail and have your items professionally packaged. I will try the packaging service and update this review and rating accordingly.
