I've heard mixed reviews about this location but now that I live here I love it! The outdoors is amazing and New management is really help make it feel more homey, Also the pool is to die for! On top of the helpful staff. Would recommend

Comfort is the first priority when one is looking for an apartment to live especially during academic life. This is my second year living here and I found the Mark Tempe comfortable in every aspect. Starting from the friendly staff (especially Julian and Liana with whom I have several interactions) , spacious and noise proof rooms, a delightful swimming pool ....to its proximity to ASU and grocery stores that are at walking distance from the Mark... every aspect is perfect about this place.
I’ve loved my time here since the new management! Julian has been incredibly helpful, as I’m physically disabled, and brings my packages to me! The location is perfect and has so many excellent places to eat and get coffee!
The staff is very kind and helpful. The manager Julian, is such a pleasure to work with and he helps out in any way he can. So happy to see this community grow and get better.
