If you are looking for the best neighborhood and the nicest people The Mills is a place to be! Shout out to Nancy for being such a genuinely nice person! Thanks for all that you have done for me and my roommates, you are the best :) Also it’s close to a BEAUTIFUL park. I’m in love with that place and absolutely gorgeous in the morning. I love to bike and read there. So make sure you don’t pass the opportunity to be a part of this awesome community:) GO DUKES

The Mill was such a great choice for my first apartment off campus. There is a huge living room, and laundry/ pantry, plenty of room for storage!! The staff at The Mill is so sweet and nice. Nancy, the property manager, is the one of the sweetest people ever and I always love going into the office and talking with her. I know if I ever need anything I can always call the office or go in there and my issue will be solved. I recommend living at The Mill, such a great first apartment and so close to campus which is so convenient!

I absolutely adore Ms. Nancy! she is always professional, asks us what need. If we ever had any issues she was more than willing to help us. she goes above and beyond what her job description entitles. she truly cares about her residents. she makes the property a clean and safe environment for the students that live here and maintenance always comes at a timely manner. My time here has been wonderful and has completely exceeded my expectations! I will most definitely recommend anyone I know to The Mill!

I am the parent of a tenant that recently moved into one of the apartments. We have had a wonderful experience since day one. Nancy worked with our group and has made the transition from dorm life to an apartment setting an extremely easy transition. Nancy has been consistent with letting us know if we needed anything to call her! We greatly appreciate her and feel better knowing she is a phone call away. The apartments themselves are in a great location, have a great layout and a huge living room and laundry room as well.

The Mill is a wonderful place to live. Thanks to Ms Nancy for going above and beyond for my daughter and her roommates who had no place to go. Nancy opened up her heart and understood the situation that my daughter and her roommates were in. She had the apartment ready within no time for them to move in and answered any of the questions we had. That shows how much she cares and her professionalism. I was super impressed and the girls were too. She is an absolute blessing and I’m thankful that we crossed paths. Thank you Ms Nancy for a job well done, the way you carry yourself as a Property Manager will take you far. I would highly recommend The Mill to anyone.
